《医心方》是日本现存最早的中医典籍,该书所引文献均出自隋唐以前的中国医学典籍,其中《医心方·卷第廿八房内》辑录了房中术的内容,且书中所引大部分文献在中国已亡佚。在深入研究的基础上,详细分析、归纳总结出《医心方·卷第廿八房内》性健康与生殖健康思想的4个方面:“正常性生活有利于健康”“恣欲有度,因人而异”“因时而动,明确禁忌”和“身心健康,优生优孕”。系统学习《医心方》内容,传承中医性科学精华,守正创新,对于健康中国建设有着重要的理论意义与实践价值。

Ishinpo is the earliest existing Chinese medicine classics in Japan.The documents cited in the book are from Chinese medical classics before the Sui and Tang dynasties.Among them,Ishinpo·Volume 28 contains the"art of lovemaking",but most of the cited literatures has missed in China.Based on in-depth research,this article summarizes the four aspects of Ishinpo•Volume 28;normal sexual life is conducive to health","sexual desire is different for each people","the action should base on time and obey the rule"and"physical and mental health,good birth and pregnancy".It is of great theoretical significance and practical value for the construction of a healthy China to systematically study the contents of Ishinpo,inherit the essence of traditional Chinese medicine science and keep upright and innovative.
