摘要
我国各地区国家高新区的科技创新能力与成果不尽相同,因此明确评价出各地区国家高新区科技创新能力具有较强的现实意义及指导意义。文章构建了国家高新区科技创新能力的评价指标体系,运用改进的CRITIC-VIKOR方法对我国15个副省级城市所属的国家高新区科技创新能力进行综合评价,并详细分析评价结果,给出提升科技创新能力的对策。
The scientific and technological innovation ability and achievements of national high-tech zones in different regions of China are not the same, so it has strong practical significance and guiding significance to clearly evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of national high-tech zones in different regions. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of science and technology innovation ability of national high-tech zones, uses the improved critical-vikor method to comprehensively evaluate the science and technology innovation ability of national high-tech zones of 15 sub provincial cities in China, analyzes the evaluation results in detail, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the science and technology innovation ability.
