空压机余热回收系统在矿井洗浴用水中的应用

摘要 通过项目改造回收矿用空气压缩机的余热,为洗浴热水提供热量,减少原有系统蒸汽的使用量,从而节省洗浴系统运行费用。通过热量交换,提高空压机的散热效果,从而降低空压机润滑油温度,使其稳定维持在适宜的工作温度范围内,可提高空压机气电比,延长空压机使用寿命。 Through the project transformation, the waste heat of the mine air compressor is recovered to provide heat for bathing hot water, reducing the amount of steam used in the original system, thereby saving the operating cost of the bathing system. Through heat exchange, the heat dissipation effect of the air compressor is improved, thereby reducing the temperature of the air compressor lubricating oil and stably maintaining it within a suitable operating temperature range, which can increase the air-to-electricity ratio of the air compressor and prolong the service life of the air compressor.
