摘要
德国职业培训条例具有校企双元、职业能力导向和职业资格考核明确等特点。德国职业培训条例对我国的专业标准编制具有可参考之处。我国微电子技术专业标准可以参考德国职业培训条例,从微电子技术专业资格证书的开发、基于工作岗位方向并面向多个职业岗位开发教学标准、企业实践环节教学内容的设计、企业指导教师资质的认定等方面进行编制。
With the feature of school-enterprise "dual"cooperation, vocational ability orientation and clear vocational qualification assessment,the main contents of German vocational training regulations were introduced into the making of China’s higher vocational professional teaching standards. Based on that, proposals were given for the compilation of teaching standards of microelectronic major,such as the development of professional qualification certificates, the design of teaching content for multiple job-based professional positions, and the certification of corporate instructor qualifications.
