需求导向的养老护理服务培训模式探讨

目前,我国老年人口基数大、老龄化速度快,养老护理服务需求具有多样化、复杂化的特点,但养老护理服务发展跟不上需求的发展和变化,养老护理服务培训已经成为亟待破解的难题。通过以需求为导向,构建线.上线下结合的养老护理服务培训体系,多方合作,构建“政府、社会、院校”联动模式,为.养老护理服务培训提供一种有效的培训模式,以期为老龄服务事业提供人才支持。

At present,my country's elderly population is large and the aging rate is fast.The demand for elderly care nursing services is diversified and complicated.However,the development of elderly care nursing services cannot keep up with the development and changes in demand.The training of elderly care nursing services has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Through the construction of demand-oriented training model,building an online and offline elderly care nursing service training system with multiple par-ties’cooperation,and a linkage model of“government,society,and academies”,provide an effective training for elderly care nursing service,in order to give talent support for the elderly care.
