以“六个微”为载体的高校学生党员教育模式探讨

On the Educational Mode of College Student Party Members Based on the“Six Micros”as the Carrier

党员教育是党的建设的重要基础工作和长期战略任务。今年是中国共产党成立一百周年,开展学生党员教育,学习党史是党中央的重大决策,是党员牢记初心使命、坚定信仰信念的重要契机。当前,高校学生党员教育开展得如火如荼,但存在重理论、重政策宣讲、重传统载体等问题,如何构建新时代党员教育模式,把党员教育落到实处,真正把党员教育做到内容和形式并存,是值得思考的重要问题。文章通过构建“六个微”载体即微党课、微走访、微榜样、微公益、微网络、微支部,充分发挥“率先垂范性”作用,构建学生党员自我提升的平台,创新学生党员教育模式。

The education of party members is an essential work and long-term strategic task for party building.This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.It is a ma-jor decision of the Party Central Committee to carry out the education of student party members and the study of party history.It is an important opportunity for party members to keep their original mission in mind and strengthen their beliefs.At present,college student party member education is in full swing,but focus are mainly on theory,policy propaganda,and traditional carriers.How to build a new era party member education model,implement party member education truly in content and form coexistence is worth considering.In this paper,through the construction of"six micro"carriers:Micro party class,micro visit,micro role model,micro public welfare,micro network,micro branch,full play to the role of"taking the lead as an example"will be given,a platform for self-improvement of student party members will be built,and the educational mode of student party members will be innovated.
