中国共产党诞辰百年来,始终将马克思主义反贫困理论与中国革命建设改革的具体实际相结合,历经四次跨越,成功走出一条经受住历史和人民检验的减贫道路,形成了具有中国特色的减贫经验。主要包括:坚持党对扶贫工作的集中统一领导;坚持扶贫为了人民、依靠人民并受人民检验;充分发挥集中力量办大事的制度优势;与时俱进改进扶贫理念与扶贫方式。时值建党百年之际,及时回顾中国特色扶贫的历程并总结经验,不仅对我国今后解决相对贫困问题提供理论证明和经验指导,还为世界人民反贫减贫贡献出中国智慧与中国方案。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has combined Marxist anti-poverty theory with China’s specific reality.After four leaps,it has successfully embarked on a path of poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics that has stood the test of history and the people,and has formed a society with Chinese characteristics.Poverty alleviation experience based on socialism model.Mainly include:insisting on the Party’s centralized and unified leadership of poverty alleviation work,insisting on poverty alleviation for the people to rely on the people and being tested by the people,give full play to the system advantages of concentrating power to do major things,and advance with the times and improve poverty alleviation concepts and methods.On the centenary of the founding of the party,timely reviewing the history of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics and summing up experience will not only provide theoretical proof and empirical guidance for our country to solve relative poverty problems in the future,but also contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the people of the world in anti-poverty and poverty reduction.
