摘要
社区老年服务共同体是整合资源,依托社区,供给多元老年服务,满足服务对象多层次需求的整合协同的功能集合体。社区老年服务共同体包括共建共享的价值共同体、目标相融的利益共同体、互动协调的功能共同体、医养结合的资源共同体四重内涵意蕴。行政性主体、公益性主体、市场性主体、志愿性主体、平台性主体与需求性主体构成社区老年服务共同体的基本结构要素。社区老年服务共同体是老年服务理念、体系与能力现代化的具体呈现,其构建与实践,需遵循“嵌入—协同—共享”路径,以期实现老年服务的高质量供给。
The community-based elderly service community is an integrated and synergistic collection of functions that integrates resources,provides various community-based elderly services,and meets the multi-level needs of the elderly.The community-based elderly service community includes fourconnotationssuch as a value community co-building and shared,aninterest community with integrated goals,a function community with interactive coordination and a resource community with integrated medical and nursing services.Administrative subject,public welfare subject,market subjects,voluntary subject,platform subject and demand subject constitute the basic elements of the elderly service community.The elderly service community is a concrete presentation of the modernization of the elderly service concept,system and capability.Its construction and practice should follow the pathof“embedded-cooperate-shared”,to achieve high-quality supply of elderly services.
