摘要
“行人不行车,行车不行人,行车不作业”是煤矿斜巷轨道安全运输的基本保障和重要措施。开滦能源化工股份公司钱家营矿对井下十采斜巷轨道运输系统运用三位一体视频系统进行全方位实时监视,规范了现场作业人员的操作行为,确保了斜巷轨道运输安全管理制度的有效落实,杜绝了斜巷“跑车”撞人事故,为煤矿斜巷轨道运输安全管理提供借鉴。
"Pedestrians don't drive,people don't drive,and vehicles don't work"is the basic guarantee and important measure for safe rail transportation in inclined lanes of coal mines.Qianjiaying Mine of Kailuan Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.monitors the underground track transportation system of ten mining inclined lanes in real time in all directions by using a trinity video system,which standardizes the operation behavior of on-site operators,ensures the effective implementation of the safety management system of inclined lane track transportation,prevents the accident of"sports car"colliding with people in inclined lanes,and provides reference for the safety management of inclined lane track transportation in coal mines.
