摘要 提出了一种基于实测电厂出力的电力市场出清算法,按发电机组的实际报价作为分段标准,对日负荷曲线进行分段,顺序安排基荷段和腰峰荷段的机组出力,求解得到初始总购电费用,再以水电机组的出力性质进行约束,最小化总购电费用求解得到最优的发电机组组合方案,算例应用结果充分证明了该算法的合理性和经济性。 A power market clearing algorithm based on the measured power output of the power plant is proposed.The daily load curve is segmented according to the actual quotation of the generator set as the segmentation standard.The unit output of the base load section and the waist peak load section are arranged in order,and the initial total power purchase cost is obtained by solving.Restricted by the output nature of the hydropower unit,the total power purchase cost is minimized to obtain the optimal generator set combination solution.The example application results fully prove the rationality and economy of the algorithm.
