摘要
配电网拓扑是对配电网设备、线路以及连接关系的完整描述,是实现配电网智能化应用的重要基础。目前电力企业在维护配电网拓扑时以人工维护为主,难以保证配电网拓扑模型的完整性及正确性。提出了基于配电网物理设备与信息融合的中低压拓扑识别策略,充分结合已有的配电自动化主站、配电终端及智能电表设备与信息数据资源,利用电力线通信信号,通过配电网线路进行传感来反映一次线路拓扑的特性。开展电力线通信在配电网拓扑识别关键技术研究和系统开发应用,实现了配电网站-线-变-户关系和配电网络拓扑结构的全方位一体化识别,并应用于线损精益化管理、低压用户接入方案智能编制、中低压故障定位和精准抢修等实用场景,为配电网智能化、精益化运维提供基础支撑。
Distribution network topology is a complete description of the equipment,lines and connection relationship of the distribution network and forms an important basis for realizing its intelligent application.At present,power enterprises rely mainly on manual work in their maintenance of distribution network topology,so that the integrity and correctness of the topology model of the distribution network is difficult to guarantee.A low and medium-voltage topology identification strategy based on the physical equipment and information fusion of distribution network was proposed in this paper.With full use of existing automatic main distribution stations,distribution terminal,smart meter and information data resources,power line communication signals were sensed over distribution network lines to reflect the characteristics of primary line topology,research on key technologies about power line communication applied to distribution network topology identification as well as system development were carried out,all-round integrated identification of distribution network station-line-transformer-user relationship as well as distribution network topology structure were realized,and application was made in the respect of lean management of line loss,smart formulation of access schemes for low-voltage users,location of low and medium-voltage faults,precious urgent repair and other scenarios,thus providing basic support for intelligent,lean operation and maintenance of the distribution network.
