摘要
针对城市电网分区评估问题,提出了一种基于博弈组合赋权的分区方案量化评估方法。首先构建了涵盖短路电流裕度、线路负载率、变压器负载率、负载均衡度和最大外受电比例的电网分区评价指标体系,继而根据合作博弈理论将专家调查法与变异系数法所得主、客观权重进行组合优化得到综合权重,通过计算分区方案的综合得分得出评估结论。最后,将方法应用于某城市电网分区调整实施案例中,验证了方法的准确性与实用性。
Aiming at partition evaluation of urban power grids,a quantitative evaluation method was proposed for partition schemes based on game combination weighting.Firstly,a grid partition evaluation index system covering short-circuit current margin,line load rate,transformer load rate,load balance degree and maximum external power ratio was constructed.Then,according to the cooperative game theory,the subjective and objective weights obtained in the expert investigation method and the variable coefficient method were combined and optimized to give comprehensive weights,and evaluation conclusion was drawn by calculating the comprehensive score of the partition scheme.Finally,the proposed method was applied to a grid partition adjustment project in a certain city,and the accuracy and practicability of the proposed approach was verified.
