摘要
针对可靠性机组组合(RUC)机制差异对市场运营结果的影响性问题,首先介绍了美国目前市场出清和RUC的衔接关系及其市场功能,随后对不同RUC机制设计进行介绍和讨论,并通过IEEE 118节点系统算例对RUC设计差异进行市场运营结果影响性分析。为我国目前双边市场建设提供借鉴经验。
In view of the impact of reliability unit commitment(RUC)mechanism differences on market operation results,the paper firstly introduced the linkage relationship between US day-ahead market clearance and RUC and its market functions,presented and then discussed the design of different RUC mechanisms.The IEEE 118 bus system was used as an example to analyze the impact of RUC design differences on market operation results,which can provide reference for bilateral day ahead market construction in China.
