摘要 使用原子荧光法对标准HJ 1133-2020进行了精密度和准确度的验证。向采样现场空白添加一定量的标准物质工作液制备成模拟的低、中、高含量实际样品,验证方法的精密度。以有证的标准样品水溶液进行多次的平行测定,验证方法的准确度。试验数据显示,低、中、高含量的测定精密度满足方法要求,准确度也满足要求。 The precision and accuracy of standard HJ 1133-2020 were verified by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.To verify the precision of the method,a certain amount of reference material working solution was added to the blank of sampling site,pretended as actual samples with low,medium and high contents.The accuracy of the method was verified by multiple parallel determination,with certified aqueous standard sample solution.The test data shows that the precision of low,medium and high content can acquire the requirements of the method,and the accuracy can also meet the requirements.
