Research on Bubble Problem in Making River Table

研究了减少河流桌制作中气泡的各种方法,并优选了消泡剂及比例获得了较为理想的消泡效果。考察了消泡剂对环氧河流胶固化物力学性能、耐热性、凝胶时间的影响,消泡剂存放时间对消泡性能的影响,消泡剂的毒性问题。

Various methods of reducing bubbles in the production of river table were studied,and the defoamer and its proportion were optimized to obtain ideal defoaming effect.Then,the effects of defoamer on mechanical properties,heat resistance and gel time of cured epoxy river glue,and the effects of defoamer storage time on defoaming performance as well as the toxicity of defoamer were investigated.
