摘要 综采工作面经常在开采过程中遇到地质构造。由地质构造作用引起的应力影响会导致顶板破碎和垮落,端面距增大等安全隐患发生。当使用液压支架来支护地质构造区域时,由于顶板破碎不完整,无法对此类区域的顶板进行支护。同时,如果移除支架,则顶板将出现冒落或者整体下沉的情况发生,从而降低支护效率,无法保证安全生产,如果综采工作面遇到断层,则必须根据实际情况采取适当的措施来控制此区域的顶板。作为相关从业人员的参考,本文提出了一些关于在综采工作面过断层时顶板控制技术方面的建议。 Geological structures are often encountered in the production process of fully mechanized coal mining face.The stress effect caused by geological tectonic action will lead to the potential safety hazards such as roof breakage and collapse,and the increase of end-face distance.When the hydraulic support is used to support the geological structure area,it is impossible to support the roof of this area because the roof is broken and incomplete.At the same time,if the support is removed,the roof will fall or sink as a whole,thus reducing the support efficiency and failing to ensure safe production.If the fully mechanized mining face encounters faults,appropriate measures must be taken to control the roof in this area according to the actual situation.As a reference for relevant practitioners,this paper puts forward some suggestions on roof control technology when fully mechanized coal mining face crosses faults.
