摘要 煤矿开采行业具有较高的危险性,需要采取相应手段对其安全问题进行保障。随着技术的发展,煤矿机电设备在提升煤矿作业环境安全性方面发挥的积极作用愈发显著,得到业内的广泛关注。为切实保障煤矿机电设备的合理应用,需要对其安装和拆除工作进行严格控制,通过优化相关工艺,营造安全可靠的煤矿矿井工作面。基于此,文章主要就如何开展煤矿机电设备安装前的准备工作进行了阐述,并着重围绕刮板输送机和液压支架的安装与拆除工艺进行了探讨,希望能为相关单位提供借鉴和参考。 Coal mining industry has high risks,so it is necessary to take corresponding measures to ensure its safety.With the development of technology,coal mine electromechanical equipment plays an increasingly significant role in improving the safety of coal mine operation environment,which has attracted wide attention in the industry.In order to ensure the rational application of coal mine electromechanical equipment,it is necessary to strictly control its installation and demolition,and to create a safe and reliable coal mine working face by optimizing related processes.Based on this,this paper mainly expounds how to prepare for the installation of electromechanical equipment in coal mines,and focuses on the installation and demolition process of scraper conveyor and hydraulic support,hoping to provide reference for relevant units.
