摘要
在科技快速发展的背景下,汽车零部件生产线由手动装配向高效、快捷、智能化发展。对汽车下缸体智能化装配工艺进行研究,从人力资源、产品精度、质量风险、管理难度等方面对智能化装配工艺与手动装配进行对比,对装配过程中出现的问题进行原因分析,并展望了智能化在工业制造中的应用前景。
In the context of rapid technological development,auto part production line has developed from manual assembly to efficient,fast and intelligent assembly.The intelligent assembly process of automobile lower cylinder-block was studied.The intelligent assembly process and manual assembly process were compared in terms of human resource,product accuracy,quality risk,management difficulty to analyze the causes of problems in the assembly process and look forward to the application prospect of intelligence in industrial manufacturing.
