米索前列醇在近期剖宫产后早孕患者人工流产术中的应用效果

Application effect of misoprostol in artificial abortion of early pregnancy patients after recent cesarean section

目的观察米索前列醇在近期剖宫产后早孕患者人工流产术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月-2020年5月莆田市第一医院收治的行人工流产术的近期剖宫产后早孕患者86例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组接受传统人工流产术,观察组给予米索前列醇辅助人工流产术。比较2组手术指标,宫颈松弛效果,不良反应发生情况及生活质量评分变化情况。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组、出血量少于对照组、宫颈直径小于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组宫颈松弛总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的74.42%(x^(2)=7.340,P=0.007);治疗前2组生活质量各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者躯体疼痛、社会功能、精力和一般健康评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),且观察组各项评分高于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组不良反应总发生率为9.32%,低于对照组的25.58%(x^(2)=3.957,P=0.047)。结论米索前列醇在行人工流产术的近期剖宫产后早孕患者中的应用效果显著,有利于缩短手术时间和减少出血量,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of misoprostol in artificial abortion of early pregnancy patients after recent cesarean section.Methods 86 patients with early pregnancy after cesarean section who were admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from April 2019 to May 2020 who underwent artificial abortion were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,each group 43 cases.The control group received traditional abortion,and the observation group received misoprostol assisted abortion.Compare the two groups of surgical indicators,the effect of cervical relaxation,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the changes in the quality of life score.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the diameter of the cervix was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of cervical relaxation in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 74.42%in the control group(x^(2)=7.340,P=0.007).After treatment,the physical pain,social function,energy and general health scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.32%,which was lower than 25.58%in the control group(x^(2)=3.957,P=0.047).Conclusion The application effect of misoprostol in early pregnancy patients after recent cesarean section undergoing artificial abortion is significant,which is beneficial to shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
