负性情绪在精神分裂症患者睡眠与复发关系间的中介作用分析

Analysis of the mediating role of negative emotion in the relationship between sleep and relapse in patients with schizophrenia

目的探究精神分裂症患者的负性情绪在睡眠质量与复发之间的中介作用。方法选取湖南省脑科医院176例门诊精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查,主要包括匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表。结果精神分裂症患者的睡眠得分与负性情绪(抑郁、焦虑、压力)均呈正相关(P<0.01),睡眠得分与复发呈正相关(P<0.01);患者的抑郁、压力得分与复发呈正相关(P<0.05);抑郁情绪在精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量与疾病复发中起部分中介作用。结论精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量不仅直接影响患者疾病的复发,还通过抑郁情绪影响疾病的复发。

Objective To explore the mediating role of negative emotions in patients with schizophrenia between sleep quality and relapse.Methods A questionnaire survey of 176 outpatients with schizophrenia in Hunan Brain Hospital was conducted,including the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and depression-anxietystress scale.Results The sleep scores of patients with schizophrenia were positively correlated with negative emotions(depression,anxiety,stress)(P<0.01),and sleep scores were positively correlated with relapse(P<0.01);the depression and stress scores of patients were positively correlated with relapse(P<0.05);depression played a partly mediating role in the quality of sleep and disease recurrence in patients with schizophrenia.Conclusion The sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia not only directly affected the recurrence of the disease,but also affected the recurrence of the disease through depression.
