原发性颅内动脉瘤患者预后的影响因素调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of factors affecting the prognosis of patients with primary intracranial aneurysm

目的探讨原发性颅内动脉瘤患者预后的影响因素调查与分析。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月医院收治的颅内动脉瘤患者219例作为研究对象。以患者临床病例资料作为自变量,预后是否良好作为因变量,将预后良好的201例患者作为对照组,将预后较差及死亡的18例患者作为病例组,收集相关资料,采用多因素Logistic回归方程分析影响颅内动脉瘤预后的独立危险因素。结果单因素及多因素分析显示,高血压、术后并发症、Hunt-hess分级及CTFisher分级均为影响颅内动脉瘤患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论影响颅内动脉瘤患者预后的因素较多,分析发现高血压、术后并发症、Hunt-hess分级及CTFisher分级均为影响颅内动脉瘤患者预后的独立危险因素。针对上述因素应加强对相关因素的排查和分析,并辅以针对性干预措施,提高手术治疗效果和改善预后。

Objective To explore the investigate and analyze of factors affecting the prognosis of patients with primary intracranial aneurysm.Methods To select 219 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 as the study objects.The clinical case data of the patients were used as independent variables,and the prognosis was good as the dependent variable.A total of 201 patients with good prognosis were used as a control group,and another 18 cases of patients with poor prognosis and death were used as a case group.The relevant data were collected,and the multivariate binary Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the independent risk factors that affect the prognosis of intracranial aneurysms.Results Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that the hypertension,postoperative complication,Hunt-hess grade and CT Fisher grade were the independent risk factors that affected the prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysm(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many factors that affected the prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysm.The analysis found that hypertension,postoperative complication,Hunt-hess grade and CT Fisher grade were the independent risk factors that affected the prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysm.In view of the above factors,the investigation and analysis of related factors should be strengthened,and targeted intervention measures should be supplemented to improve the effect of surgical treatment and improve the prognosis.
