急性白血病患者生活质量与自我管理效能感的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between living quality and self-management efficacy of patients with acute leukemia

目的了解急性白血病患者的生活质量现况与自我管理效能感的相关性及分析其影响因素,为进一步干预提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版癌症患者自我管理效能感量表(C-SUPPH中文版)、癌症患者生活质量测定量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)对在血液内科住院及门诊复查的急性白血病患者进行问卷调查。结果急性白血病患者的生活质量总健康状况得分46.83±25.13分,处于较低水平,其中88.67%的患者评分等级处于中下水平;在功能领域,认知功能得分最高62.44±32.32分,社会功能得分最低43.11±35.87分,其中81.33%的患者功能领域等级评分处于中下水平;在症状领域及单项条目,疲乏症状及经济困难最严重。自我管理效能感总分88.98±24.16,处于中等水平,急性白血病患者的生活质量与自我管理效能感呈正相关(r=0.458;P<0.05)。多因素线性回归分析结果显示,自我管理效能感各因素与生活质量总分呈正相关(P<0.05),正性态度得分越高,生活质量越好。结论急性白血病患者的生活质量较低,自我管理效能感水平会影响生活质量。为临床护理人员根据影响因素,更科学有效的设计患者自我管理项目提供依据,对于临床护理指导急性白血病患者的康复,提高生活质量有重要意义。

To understand the correlation between the current state of the living quality of patients with acute leukemia and the self-management efficacy and analyze its influencing factors to provide a theoretical basis for further intervention.Methods The general information questionnaire,Chinese-version strategies used by people to promote health(C-SUPPH),and quality of life measurement scale for cancer patients(EORTC QLQ-C30)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on patients with acute leukemia who were hospitalized and re-examined in the Department of Hematology.Results The living quality of patients with acute leukemia had a total health status score of 46.83±25.13 points,which was at a low level.88.67%of the patients were at the middle or lower level.In the functional area,the cognitive function score was the highest 62.44±32.32 points,and the social function score was the lowest 43.11±35.87 points.Among them,81.33%of the patients had a middle or lower level of functional field rating.In the terms of the symptom area and individual items,the fatigue symptoms and financial difficulties were the most serious The total score of self-management efficacy was 88.98±24.16,which was at a medium level.The living quality of patients with acute leukemia was positively correlated with self-management efficacy(r=0.458,P<0.05).The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the various factors of self-management efficacy were positively correlated with the total score of quality of life(P<0.05).The higher the positive attitude score,the better the living quality.Conclusion The living quality of patients with acute leukemia was low,and the level of self-management efficacy will affect the living quality of patients.It provided a basis for clinical nursing staff to design patient self-management projects more scientifically and effectively according to influencing factors.It was of great significance for clinical nursing to guide the rehabilitation of patients with acute leukemia and improve the living quality.
