创伤后行腹腔开放患者肠内营养并发症管理的研究进展

The management of complications of enteral nutrition in patients with open abdomen after trauma

创伤患者实施腹腔开放疗法是损伤控制外科的一项重要治疗措施,而创伤后行腹腔开放的患者早期实施肠内营养治疗可缩短关腹时间,但同时也增加了患者发生腹泻、腹胀、吸入性肺炎等肠内营养并发症的风险,无法达到目标喂养量,影响患者的预后。文章针对创伤后行腹腔开放患者肠内营养并发症,如腹泻、腹胀腹痛、高胃残余量以及误吸等方面的管理研究进展进行综述。

Open abdomen therapy for trauma patients is an important treatment in injury control surgery.Early enteral nutrition for trauma patients with open abdomen can shorten the time of abdominal closure and decrease the risk of enteral nutrition complications,including diarrhea,abdominal distension and aspiration pneumonia,which can affect the time of reaching target feeding volume and the prognosis of patients.We review the management of enteral nutrition complications in trauma patients with open abdomen,including diarrhea,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,high gastric residue and aspiration.
