摘要
当前我国铁路建设行业正在积极探索和引导EPC工程总承包模式。本文首先分析了铁路工程EPC总承包项目合同价格的相关依据以及试点EPC总承包项目合同价格构成;然后梳理归纳目前EPC总承包项目合同价格构成存在的主要问题;最后针对存在问题提出完善铁路工程EPC总承包项目合同价格构成的应对策略。
The railway construction industry is actively exploring and guiding the EPC project general contract mode in China.Inthis paper,the relevant basis of the contract price of railway engineering EPC general contract project and the contract price composition of the pilotEPC general project are analyzedfirstly.Then itsummarizes the main problems existing in the contract price structure of the current EPC general contract project.At end of this paper,some countermeasures to improve the contract price structure of the railway EPC general projectare proposed to solve the existing problems.
