提高口腔急诊住院医师规范化培训师资水平对策的思考

Thoughts on the measures to improve the resident teachers'level during stomatological emergency standardized training

口腔住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是口腔医学人才储备、建设的基础,口腔急诊教学是住培的重要组成部分,保证口腔急诊的住培效果和质量是医院人才培训工作的重要内容,而良好的师资队伍是住培基地顺利完成口腔急诊住培的关键因素。口腔急诊带教师资培训缺乏规范、指导老师带教缺少热情、教学认识存在偏差、奖惩措施尚不完善是当前口腔急诊住培过程中师资队伍建设存在的主要问题,通过严把带教师资准入条件、提高带教师资职业素养、促进教学团队整体提升、建立奖罚分明具体措施、调整医教工作合理比例、发挥住院医师反馈作用,对提升师资队伍水平、改善口腔急诊住培效果具有重要作用。只有不断提升口腔急诊带教师资素养,方能切实培训出有岗位胜任力的口腔住院医师。

The standardized training of residents in stomatology is the foundation of the construction of stomatology talent reserve.As an important part of standardized training for residents,stomatological emergency teaching is crucial to hospital personnel training.Therefore,the effect and quality of stomatological emergency teaching need to be guaranteed,and a highly qualified faculty is a significant precondition for the training base to successfully complete the stomatological emergency standardized training.However,at present,the main problems existing in the construction of teaching staff during the stomatological emergency standardized training include lack of norms during training,little enthusiasm for teaching,deviation of teaching cognition and imperfect measures of rewards and punishments.Therefore,controlling the access conditions for teachers strictly,improving their professional quality,promoting the overall progress of the teaching team,establishing explicit mechanism of rewards and punishments,adjusting the proportion of clinical work and education task,and utilizing students’supervision and evaluation are recommended as the methods in improving the teachers’level and training effect during the stomatological emergency standardized training.Only with the continuous improvement of teachers'quality in stomatological emergency training,can we cultivate residents with post competence.
