视频考核下的临床技能自主训练模式在住院医师岗前培训中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 自主学习能力培养是住院医师规范化培训的核心教育目标之一,针对住院医师的临床技能训练,研究以学习者为中心,在住院医师岗前培训阶段,通过遴选指导医师、线上观看标准操作视频,分组自主训练、视频考核和自主评价等方式建立线上线下、虚实融合的临床技能自主训练模式,以提高住院医师的自主学习能力,保证岗前培训质量。临床技能自主训练结束后,对参与岗前培训的住院医师320人发放调查问卷,问卷结果显示该模式能够巩固住院医师的临床基本技能,提升住院医师自主学习能力。同时,分析影响自主训练效果的相关因素,不断完善该模式。为临床带教和师资培训提供借鉴和参考,为住院医师规范化培训教学改革提供新的思路。 Self-learning ability is one of the core educational goals of standardized training of residents.Clinical skills training for residents,a self-training model of clinical skills integrating online and offline,virtual and actual,was established by selecting of instructors,online viewing standard operation videos,grouping independent training,video assessment,and crewing mutual evaluation to improve the residents'self-learning ability to ensure the quality of pre-job training.After the completion of the clinical skills training,a questionnaire was issued to 320 residents who participated in the pre-job training.The results of the questionnaire showed that this model could consolidate the residents'basic clinical skills and enhance their self-training ability.At the same time,we would analyze the relevant factors that might affect the effect of autonomous training,and continuously improve the model.It is hoped that it can provide reference for clinical teaching,and provide new ideas for the reform of standardized training of residents.
