基于Kessler10量表的宫颈癌患者心理健康状况调查分析

Mental Health Status of Cervical Cancer Patients Investigated with Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10)

目的:了解宫颈癌患者心理健康状况,提出改善宫颈癌患者心理健康状况的可行性干预策略和措施。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,使用自行设计的一般情况调查问卷,Kessler10,EQ-VAS对宫颈癌患者进行面对面问卷调查。结果:425例宫颈癌患者Kessler10得分分值在10~15分的有256人(60.2%);16~21分的有99人(23.3%);22~29分的有为48人(11.3%);30~50分的有22人(5.2%)。家人心态乐观情况、病理临床分型及EQ-VAS评分分值与Kessler10得分有统计学差异,P值分别为0.001、0.034、0.006。结论:云南省宫颈癌患者心理健康状况尚可,患心理疾患的风险较低;影响宫颈癌患者心理健康状况的因素是:家人心态是否积极、病理临床分型、EQ-VAS评分。医院及相关卫生部门应采取积极的干预措施,改善宫颈癌患者心理健康状况。

Objective:To understand the mental health status of cervical cancer patients and its influencing factors,and propose feasible intervention strategies and measures to improve the mental health status of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A face-to-face survey was conducted on cervical cancer patients in Yunnan Province by cluster sampling method using a self-designed questionnaire,the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10)and EuroQol Visual Analogue Scale(EQ-VAS).Results:Among the 425 patients,256(60.2%)scored 10~15 in K10;99(23.3%)scored 16〜21;48 scored 22〜29;and 22(5.2%)scored 30〜50.K10 score was related to family optimism(P=0.001),pathological type(P=0.034)and EQ-VAS score(P=0.006),respectively.Conclusion:The mental health status of cervical cancer patients in Yunnan Province is acceptable,and the risk of mental illness is low.Factors influencing the mental health status of cervical cancer patients include family optimism,pathological type and EQ-VAS score.Hospitals and relevant health departments should actively take intervention measures to improve the mental health status of cervical cancer patients.
