摘要
本文使用响应面法对密炼机混炼参数对生胶和炭黑的分散进行分析,分别介绍了上顶栓压力、填充系数、转子转速、初始混炼温度和混炼时间对分散性能、分散指数、单位混炼能的不同影响。填料分散主要受混炼早期混炼扭矩变化的影响,随着混炼时间的延长,分散指数逐渐增大,直至达到最佳值。在混炼过程中,转子转速或填充系数的增加,以及初始混炼温度的降低,分别产生的高混炼扭矩和能量消耗以线性方式增加了填料的分散性。
This article uses response surface methodology to analyze the dispersion of raw rubber and carbon black on internal mixer mixing parameters.This article separately introduces the different effects of the top bolt pressure,filling coefficient,rotor speed,initial mixing temperature and mixing time on the dispersion performance,dispersion index,and unit mixing energy.Filler dispersion is mainly affected by the change of mixing torque in the early stage of mixing.With the extension of mixing time,the dispersion index gradually increases until it reaches the optimal value.During the mixing process,the increase of the rotor speed or the filling factor,and the decrease of the initial mixing temperature,respectively produce high mixing torque and energy consumption,which increase the dispersion of the filler in a linear manner.
