舒适护理在慢性盆腔炎中药灌肠治疗中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Comfort Nursing Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:分析在慢性盆腔炎中药灌肠治疗中应用舒适护理的效果。方法:选取2020年4-7月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的70例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,根据数表随机法分为常规组(n=35)与观察组(n=35),两组患者均接受中药灌肠治疗,常规组患者接受常规护理,给予观察组患者舒适护理,比较两组患者临床护理效果、中医症状积分及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), 观察组患者带下量多、小腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、月经紊乱等中医症状积分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05), 观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性盆腔炎患者接受中药灌肠治疗中给予舒适护理的效果显著,可改善症状,提高满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect and value of comfort care in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema.Method:A total of 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who received treatment in our hospital from April to July 2020 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into the routine group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)according to the random number method.Both groups of patients received traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment,while patients in the routine group received routine care,patients in the observation group received comfortable nursing.The clinical nursing effect,TCM symptom score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The nursing effect rate of the observation group was better than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores such as lower band volume,lower abdomen pain,lumbosacral pain and menstrual disturbance in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with traditional Chinese medicine enema,comfort nursing has a very significant effect,which can improve symptoms and satisfaction,and it is worth promoting.
