某三甲医院门急诊医护人员心理健康状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Mental Health Status of Outpatient and Emergency Medical Staff in a 3A Grade Hospital

目的:了解某三甲医院门急诊医护人员的心理健康状况,以便采取有效的心理及社会干预措施。方法:采用抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表[简体中文精简版(DASS-21)]和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对2020年2月19-23日广州市第一人民医院的门急诊医护人员237例进行问卷调查。结果:门诊医护人员压力、焦虑、抑郁及负性情绪得分低于急诊医护人员,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急诊医护人员发生压力12例(21.8%)、焦虑24例(43.6%)、抑郁20例(36.4%),门诊医护人员分别为7例(3.8%)、31例(17.0%)、24例(13.2%),门诊医护人员压力、焦虑、抑郁分级优于急诊,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。门诊医护人员睡眠情况优于急诊,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊医护人员更容易出现抑郁、焦虑、压力、睡眠质量差的心理健康问题,管理者要根据医护人员目前的心理健康状况,优先对急诊医护人员制订出相应的干预措施,以尽快改善其心理健康状况。

Objective:To understand the mental health status of outpatient and emergency medical staff in a 3A grade hospital,so as to take effective psychological and social intervention measures.Method:Used the depression-anxiety-stress self-rating scale[simplified Chinese condensed version(DASS-21)]and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)to conduct a questionnaire survey on the 237 cases of outpatient and emergency medical staff of Guangzhou First People’s Hospital during February 19th to 23rd,2020.Result:The stress,anxiety,depression and negative emotion scores of outpatient medical staff were lower than those of emergency medical staff,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Emergency medical staff experienced stress in 12 cases(21.8%),anxiety in 24 cases(43.6%),depression in 20 cases(36.4%),and outpatient medical staff in 7 cases(3.8%),31 cases(17.0%),and 24 cases(13.2%),the stress,anxiety,and depression classification of outpatient medical staff were better than those of emergency department,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep status of outpatient medical staff was better than that of emergency department,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency medical staff are more likely to have mental health problems such as depression,anxiety,stress,and poor sleep quality.Managers should formulate corresponding intervention measures for emergency medical staff according to their current mental health status inorder to improve their metal health as soon as possible.
