会阴伤口一根线连续缝合对产妇产后疼痛、焦虑及切口愈合的影响

Effect of Continuous Suture of Perineal Wound with One Thread on Postpartum Pain,Anxiety and Wound Healing of Puerpera

目的:分析会阴伤口一根线连续缝合对产妇产后疼痛、焦虑及切口愈合的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1-7月收治的120例行阴道分娩的产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采取常规缝合,研究组采用会阴伤口一根线连续缝合。比较两组产后疼痛程度、焦虑、切口缝合时间、切口愈合程度及切口炎性反应。结果:研究组切口缝合时间短于对照组,产后24 h疼痛程度评分、焦虑评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组会阴切口愈合程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组切口炎性反应发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:会阴伤口一根线连续缝合可以明显减轻产妇产后疼痛、焦虑,缩短切口缝合时间,促进切口愈合,减少切口炎性反应的发生,值得临床重视。

Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous suture of perineal wound with one thread on postpartum pain,anxiety and wound healing of puerpera.Method:A total of 120 puerpera with vaginal delivery admitted in our hospital from January to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine suture,and the study group received continuous suture of perineal wound with one thread.The degree of postpartum pain,anxiety,wound suture time,wound healing degree and inflammatory reaction of incision were compared between the two groups.Result:The wound suture time was shorter than that of the control group,24 h postpartum pain score and anxiety score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing degree of perineal wound in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of inflammatory reaction in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous suture of perineal wounds with one thread can significantly reduce postpartum pain and anxiety,shorten the wound suture time,promote wound healing,and reduce the occurrence of wound inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of clinical attention.
