以“补、通”手法为主治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致的不孕

Treatment of Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by“Tonic and Tong”Manipulation

目的:探讨"补、通"手法为主治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕的临床效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年7月本院门诊收治的多囊卵巢综合征导致的不孕患者60例,随机平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组予以枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊促排卵治疗,观察组采用"补、通"手法为主的妇科推拿进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组的LH、FSH、E_(2)、T水平低于对照组, 观察组排卵时子宫内膜厚度优于对照组, 观察组的排卵率和妊娠率均高于对照组, 观察组总有效率(93.4%)高于对照组(83.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过腹部"补、通"手法按摩治疗多囊卵巢综合征能够有效改善内膜的质量,调节血清激素水平,促进排卵,增加受孕率,降低流产风险,为多囊卵巢综合征提供其他的治疗方法,值得推广研究。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of“Tonic and Tong”manipulation on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:A total of 60 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by average.The control group used Clomiphene Citrate Capsule for ovulation-promoting treatment,the observation group used“Tonic and Tong”manipulation of gynecological massage treatment.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the level of LH,FSH,E_(2),T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the endometrial thickness of ovulation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the effective rate in the observation group(93.4%)was higher than in the control group(83.3%),the differences were all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by abdominal massage can effectively improve the quality of the intima,regulating serum hormone levels,promoting ovulation,increasing pregnancy rates,reducing risk of miscarriage.It is worth popularizing to provide other treatment methods for polycystic ovary syndrome.
