摘要
目的:探讨丹红注射液联合高压氧对脑梗死患者的运动功能及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月-2020年5月笔者所在医院住院治疗的80例脑梗死患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,每组40例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予丹红注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上给予丹红注射液联合高压氧治疗。比较两组临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、hs-CRP水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FMA、BI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论:丹红注射液联合高压氧治疗脑梗死的效果显著,能够降低血清hs-CRP水平,抑制炎症反应,改善患者运动功能,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen on motor function and serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with cerebral infarction.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,the control group was given Danhong Injection on this basis,the observation group was given Danhong Injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen on this basis.The clinical efficacy,Fugl-Meyer(FMA)score,Barthel index(BI)score,hs-CRP level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FMA and BI scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Danhong Injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of cerebral infarction has significant effect,can reduce serum hs-CRP level,inhibit inflammatory response,improve patients’motor function,which is worthy of clinical reference.
