交泰丸加减联合盐酸曲唑酮片对失眠伴焦虑患者心理状况的影响

Effect of Modified Jiaotai Pill Combined with Trazodone Hydrochloride Tablets on Psychological Status of Insomnia Patients with Anxiety

目的:探讨交泰丸加减联合盐酸曲唑酮片对失眠伴焦虑患者心理状况的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年1月收治的122例失眠伴焦虑患者作为本次研究对象,依据随机数字表法均分为对照组和联合组。其中对照组口服盐酸曲唑酮片治疗,联合组在对照组基础上口服交泰丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后的睡眠质量、心理状况、血清神经肽Y(NPY)、P物质(SP)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能及PSQI评分显著下降,相比对照组,联合组显著更低(P<0.05)。两组HAMA评分均显著下降,相比对照组,联合组显著更低, 心理舒适度评分显著提高,相比对照组,联合组显著更高(P<0.05)。两组SP水平显著下降,相比对照组,联合组显著更低, NPY水平均显著提高,相比对照组,联合组显著更高(P<0.05)。对照组和联合组的不良反应发生率分别为4.92%和6.56%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用交泰丸加减联合盐酸曲唑酮片治疗失眠伴焦虑能够显著改善患者睡眠质量、心理状况、NPY和SP水平,值得广泛推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiaotai Pill Combined with Trazodone Hydrochloride Tablets on the psychological status of insomnia patients with anxiety.Method:A total of 122 patients with insomnia and anxiety admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the combined group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Trazodone Hydrochloride Tablets,and the combined group was treated with Jiaotai Pills on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality,psychological status,serum neuropeptide Y(NPY),substance P(SP)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the sleep quality,the time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime function and PSQI score of the two groups were significantly decreased,compared with the control group,the combined group was significantly lower(P<0.05).HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,compared with the control group,the combined group was significantly lower;psychological comfort score was significantly improved,compared with the control group,the combined group was significantly higher(P<0.05).SP level of the two groups decreased significantly,compared with the control group,the combined group was significantly lower;NPY level was significantly increased,compared with the control group,the combined group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the combined group was 4.92%and 6.56%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiaotai Pill Combined with Trazodone Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety can significantly improve the sleep quality,psychological status,NPY and SP levels of patients,which is worthy of wide promotion.
