DR联合CT在周围型肺癌诊断中的价值

The Value of DR Combined with CT in the Diagnosis of Peripheral Lung Cancer

目的:探讨数字X线摄片(DR)联合电子计算机断层扫描(CT)在周围型肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:选择2017年2月-2020年12月阳江市阳东区人民医院收治的134例疑似周围型肺癌患者,均接受DR、CT检查。以手术病理结果为金标准,分析DR、CT单一与联合检测诊断周围型肺癌的效能。分析DR、CT对周围型肺癌影像学特征检出情况。结果:手术病理结果显示,134例患者中114例(85.07%)确诊为周围型肺癌,DR联合CT诊断周围型肺癌的灵敏度、准确度均高于DR、CT,且特异度高于DR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CT对支气管气象征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征、分叶征、血管聚集征检出率高于DR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT诊断周围型肺癌影像学特征效果优于DR,两者联合诊断能够提高诊断准确度,诊断灵敏度和特异度较高,可指导治疗。

Objective:To explore the value of digital radiography(DR)combined with computerized tomography(CT)in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Method:A total of 134 patients with suspected peripheral lung cancer admitted in the People’s Hospital in Yangdong District of Yangjiang City from February 2017 to December 2020 were selected,and all of them received DR and CT examination.The pathological results were regarded as the gold standard.The efficacy of single and combined detection of DR and CT in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer was analyzed.The imaging characteristics of peripheral lung cancer detected by DR and CT was analyzed.Result:The pathological results showed that 114 cases(85.07%)of 134 patients were diagnosed with peripheral lung cancer.The sensitivity and accuracy of DR combined with CT in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer were higher than those of DR and CT,and the specificity was higher than that of DR,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of CT for bronchial meteorological sign,burr sign,pleural depression sign,lobulation sign and vascular aggregation sign were higher than those of DR,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT is better than DR in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer imaging characteristics.The combined diagnosis of CT and DR can improve the diagnostic accuracy,with high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,which can guide treatment.
