基于疾病自我管理模式对首发精神分裂症患者预后的研究

Prognosis of Patients with First-episode Schizophrenia Based on Disease Self-management Model

目的:研究首发精神分裂症患者行基于疾病自我管理模式的价值。方法:前瞻性研究笔者所在医院2019年1-8月接诊的100例首发精神分裂症患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予基于疾病自我管理模式。比较两组管理效果。结果:干预后3、6、12个月,观察组SAUMD评分、BPRS评分、SDSS评分均低于对照组,DAI-10评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对首发精神分裂症患者行基于疾病自我管理模式,能提高提高疾病认识能力,改善精神状态,提高社会功能及依从性,值得借鉴。

Objective:To investigate the value of based on disease self-management model in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Method:A prospective study was conducted on 100 first-episode schizophrenic patients admitted in our hospital from January to August 2019.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given based on disease self-management model.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Result:At 3,6 and 12 months after intervention,SAUMD score,BPRS score and SDSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and DAI-10 score was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with first-episode schizophrenia,based on disease self-management model can improve disease awareness,mental state,social function and compliance,which is worthy of reference.
