加味酸枣仁汤联合耳穴贴压对恶性肿瘤相关性抑郁焦虑患者疼痛和生活质量的影响

Influence of Modified Suanzaoren Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Sticking on Pain and Quality of Life in Patients with Malignant Tumor-related Depression and Anxiety

目的:探讨加味酸枣仁汤联合耳穴贴压对恶性肿瘤相关性抑郁焦虑患者疼痛和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1-9月宁德市中医院肿瘤科收治的恶性肿瘤相关性抑郁焦虑患者58例,以掷骰子结果分为对照组(n=29)和治疗组(n=29)。对照组给予常规镇痛加口服帕罗西汀进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,联合使用加味酸枣仁汤及耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组癌痛缓解率、QOL评分及焦虑抑郁评分等指标。结果:治疗组癌痛缓解情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组QOL得分均较治疗前显著性升高,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SDS评分与SAS评分均较治疗前显著降低,治疗组降低幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味酸枣仁汤联合耳穴贴压能缓解恶性肿瘤相关性焦虑抑郁患者的疼痛,提高生活质量,改善心理状况,为中晚期肿瘤的治疗提供参考。

Objective:To investigate the influence of Modified Suanzaoren Decoction combined with auricular point sticking on pain and quality of life in patients with depression and anxiety related to malignant tumor.Method:A total of 60 patients with depression and anxiety related to malignant tumor admitted to the Oncology Department of Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to September 2020 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=29)and the treatment group(n=29)according to the results of dice rolling.The control group was treated with routine analgesia and oral Paroxetine,the treatment group was treated with Modified Suanzaoren Decoction and auricular point sticking on the basis of the control group.The cancer pain relief rate,QOL score,anxiety and depression score were compared between the two groups.Result:The relief of cancer pain in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QOL scores of the two groups after treatment increased significantly than those before treatment,the QOL scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SDS and SAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the reduction in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Suanzaoren Decoction combined with auricular point sticking can alleviate the pain of patients with anxiety and depression related to malignant tumors,improve the quality of life,and improve their psychological status,providing a reference for the treatment of advanced tumors.
