摘要
目的:探究在老年股骨颈骨折手术治疗中,应用腰硬联合麻醉干预的临床效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月-2020年3月接收的60例老年股骨颈骨折且行手术治疗的患者为研究对象;将纳入患者采取随机分组形式分为对照组、观察组,各30例;予以对照组全身麻醉干预,观察组则实施腰硬联合麻醉干预;对比观察两组患者在不同麻醉干预下的麻醉效果、认知程度、平均住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果:经麻醉,观察组麻醉起效时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组认知程度较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组麻醉后发生不良反应的概率也明显低于对照组(6.67%<26.67%,P<0.05)。结论:在老年股骨颈骨折行手术治疗中,予以腰硬联合麻醉干预效果良好,可改善患者认知程度,减少麻醉不良反应,建议推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia intervention in the surgical treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given general anesthesia intervention,while the observation group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia intervention.The anesthetic effect,cognitive degree,average length of stay and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After anesthesia,the onset time of anesthesia in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the cognitive level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the probability of adverse reactions after anesthesia of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(6.67%<26.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture,the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia intervention is good,which can improve the cognitive level of patients and reduce the adverse reactions of anesthesia,so it is recommended to promote.
