甲钴胺、依帕司他联合神经血管治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Mecobalamin and Epalrestat Combined with Neurovascular Therapy Apparatus in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:评估应用甲钴胺、依帕司他联合神经血管治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果。方法:选择本院2019年6月-2020年6月就诊的糖尿病周围神经病变患者90例。根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组行甲钴胺、依帕司他治疗,观察组接受甲钴胺、依帕司他联合神经血管治疗仪治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组MNSI评分(神经症状评分、神经体征评分)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组腓总神经传导速度、右正中神经传导速度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲钴胺、依帕司他联合神经血管治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,值得在临床上进行使用和推广。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Mecobalamin and Epalrestat combined with neurovascular therapy apparatus in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:A total of 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mecobalamin and Epalrestat,and the observation group was treated with Mecobalamin and Epalrestat combined with neurovascular therapy apparatus.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the MNSI scores(neurological symptom score and neurological sign score)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve and the right median nerve were both higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mecobalamin and Epalrestat combined with neurovascular therapy apparatus have a significant effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
