苯巴比妥联合酚妥拉明治疗新生儿窒息的效果

摘要 目的:探讨苯巴比妥联合酚妥拉明治疗新生儿窒息的效果。方法:选取2015年3月-2020年3月本院收治的新生儿窒息患者106例。使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各53例。对照组进行酚妥拉明治疗,研究组进行苯巴比妥联合酚妥拉明治疗。比较两组治疗效果、拥抱反射恢复时间、肌张力恢复时间、呼吸恢复时间、pH值、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、吸入气中氧浓度分数(FiO_(2))、副反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组拥抱反射恢复时间、肌张力恢复时间、呼吸恢复时间早于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组pH值、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、FiO_(2)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组pH值、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组PaCO_(2)、FiO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05),两组pH值、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)高于治疗前(P<0.05),PaCO_(2)、FiO_(2)低于治疗前(P<0.05);研究组副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿窒息治疗中,苯巴比妥联合酚妥拉明治疗效果较好,值得应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Phenobarbital combined with Phentolamine in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia.Method:A total of 106 cases of neonatal asphyxia in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phentolamine,and the study group was treated with Phenobarbital combined with Phentolamine.The therapeutic effect,recovery time of hugging reflex,recovery time of muscle tension,recovery time of respiration,pH value,blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),fraction of oxygen concentration in inhaled gas(FiO_(2))and side effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of hugging reflex,muscle tension and respiration in the study group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there were no significant differences in pH,SaO_(2),PaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and FiO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,pH,SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),PaCO_(2) and FiO_(2) in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);pH,SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),PaCO_(2) and FiO_(2) after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of side effects of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of neonatal asphyxia,Phenobarbital combined with Phentolamine has better effect,which is worthy of application.
