米诺环素、丁香油治疗急性牙髓炎的效果

Effect of Minocycline,Clove Oil in the Treatment of Acute Pulpitis

目的:分析米诺环素、丁香油治疗急性牙髓炎的效果、疼痛影响及不良反应。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年2月本院收治的急性牙髓炎患者110例,根据不同治疗方案将患者分为研究组、对照组,每组55例。对照组行丁香油一次性根管充填术治疗,研究组采用米诺环素、丁香油一次性根管充填术治疗。治疗2周后,比较两组治疗总有效率、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、炎性因子水平、疼痛缓解时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:(1)研究组治疗总有效率(96.36%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.0658,P<0.05);(2)治疗后,研究组炎性因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)研究组治疗后VAS评分(2.0±0.4)分、疼痛缓解时间(10.7±2.4)d,均优于对照组的(3.2±0.7)分、(15.6±2.8)d,差异有统计学意义(t=11.0384、9.8539,P<0.05);(4)研究组不良反应发生率(5.45%)与对照组(10.91%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.0891,P>0.05)。结论:急性牙髓炎患者采用米诺环素、丁香油联合治疗可有效抑制炎性因子、减轻患者疼痛感,疗效安全可靠。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Minocycline and clove oil in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Method:A total of 110 acute pulpitis patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment schemes,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clove oil disposable root canal filling,the study group was treated with Minocycline and clove oil disposable root canal filling.After treatment for 2 weeks,the total effective rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,inflammatory factors levels,pain relief time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:(1)The total effective rate(96.36%)in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.0658,P<0.05);(2)after treatment,the inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);(3)the VAS scores after treatment of(2.0±0.4)pints and the pain relief time of(10.7±2.4)d in the study group were better than(3.2±0.7)points,(15.6±2.8)d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=11.0384,9.8539;P<0.05);(4)there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group(5.45%)and the control group(10.91%)(χ^(2)=1.0891,P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Minocycline and clove oil can effectively inhibit inflammatory factors and relieve pain in acute pulpitis patients,the curative effect is safe and reliable.
