The Centennial Road and New Development Stage Practice Research on the Economic Governance under the Leadership of the Communist Party of China

中国共产党在领导经济治理的百年道路中,根据不同时期的不同特点,不断探索、不断推进经济发展方式转变,走出了一条契合中国全面建设社会主义现代化国家目标的经济治理创新之路。从中国共产党领导新民主主义革命时期的经济治理的初步探索到党的十八大以来转向高质量发展的经济治理创新,在这条经济治理创新之路中也曾遇到过诸多挑战。新发展阶段,凸显高质量发展的经济治理实践也面临经济结构有待优化等问题。基于此,应对标全面建设社会主义现代化国家的目标任务优化经济结构,以经济制度体系的完善为经济治理效能发挥提供制度依据,构建有为政府和有效市场联动的现代化经济治理新格局。

The centennial road of economic governance under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has the different characteristics during the different periods.By continuously exploring and promoting the transformation of economic development mode,China has embarked on a road of economic governance innovation in line with the goal of all-round construction and socialist modernization,which is suitable for our country.Since the 18 th National Congress,the economic governance under the leadership of the CPC has shifted from preliminary exploration during the new-democratic revolution to the high-quality development mode.However,there are many challenges on the road of economic governance innovation.For example,the economic governance practices that highlight high-quality development also encounter many problems in the new development stage,such as economic structure to be optimized.Based on these,we should optimize economic structure in line with the goal of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects,improve the economic system and provide institutional basis for economic governance,construct a new pattem of modern economic governance linking promising government and effective market.
