摘要
[目的]研究榆树Ulmus pumila L.皮中的三萜类化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、波谱分析(^(1)H-NMR与^(13)C-NMR)及相关文献的佐证确定所得单体化合物的化学结构.[结果]从榆树皮的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到7种三萜类化合物,分别为齐墩果酸(1)、桦木酸(2)、熊果酸(3)、camaldulenic acid(4)、马斯里酸(5)、委陵菜酸(6)和阿江榄仁酸(7).[结论]榆树皮中三萜类化学成分含量丰富,其中化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到.
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of triterpenoids in the bark of Ulmus pumila L. METHODS Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were used for the separation and purification. The chemical structures of the monomer compounds were determined by the physicochemical properties, spectrum analysis(^(1)H-NMR and ^(13)C-NMR) and the evidence of relevant literatures. RESULTS 7 triterpenoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the bark of Ulmus pumila L, they were oleanolic acid(1), betulinic acid(2), ursolic acid(3), camaldulenic acid(4), maslinic acid(5), tormentic acid(6) and arjunoic acid(7). CONCLUSION Triterpenoids are abundant in the bark of Ulmus pumila L, and compound 3 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
