老年糖尿病患者失能状况与自我效能、自我护理能力的相关性

Correlation between disability and self-efficacy and self-care ability in elderly diabetic patients

[目的]分析延吉市老年糖尿病患者的失能状况与自我效能、自我护理能力的相关性,为今后老年糖尿病患者的失能干预研究提供依据.[方法]采用日常生活自理能力量表、自我效能感量表、自我护理能力量表对延吉市某3个社区380名老年糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,分析老年糖尿病患者失能状况与自我效能、自我护理能力的相关性.[结果]延吉市老年糖尿病患者的失能率为28.9%,老年糖尿病患者失能分级与自我效能(r=-0.351,P<0.05)及自我护理能力(r=-0.566,P<0.05)均呈负相关.[结论]延吉市老年糖尿病患者的失能状况普遍存在;老年糖尿病患者的失能越严重,自我效能及自我护理能力越低.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between disability and self-efficacy and self-care ability in elderly diabetic patients in Yanji city, and to provide the basis for future research on disability intervention in elderly diabetic patients. METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 380 elderly diabetic patients in 3 communities of Yanji city using activities of daily living scale, self-efficacy scale and self-care ability scale, and the correlation between disability and self-efficacy and self-care ability in elderly diabetic patients was analyzed. RESULTS The disability rate of the elderly diabetic patients in Yanji city was 28.9%. There was a negative correlation between disability and self-efficacy(r=-0.351, P<0.05) and self-care ability(r=-0.566, P<0.05) in elderly diabetic patients. CONCLUSION The disability of elderly diabetic patients in Yanji city is widespread, and the more severe the disability of elderly diabetic patients, the lower self-efficacy and self-care ability.
