9例全聋型突发性聋伴良性阵发性位置性眩晕临床分析

Clinical analysis of 9 cases of sudden deafness of total deafness type with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

[背景]回顾性分析全聋型突发性聋伴良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的临床特征、治疗及预后.[病例报告]收治的全聋型突发性聋伴BPPV患者为9例,在积极治疗突发性聋的基础上进行了手法复位治疗,并评价疗效.9例全聋型突发性聋伴BPPV患者均发生于同侧,均是后半规管,其中男性3例,女性6例,BPPV经手法复位均获痊愈.其中4例突发性聋患者听力治疗有效,其余无效.[讨论]全聋型突发性聋伴BPPV在积极治疗突发性聋同时采用正确的手法复位治疗时BPPV的疗效良好,部分患者听力治疗有效.

BACKGROUND To retrospectively analyze the clinical features, treatment and prognosis of sudden deafness of total deafness type with benign paroxysmal positional vertigoc(BPPV). CASE REPORTS A total of 9 patients with sudden deafness of total deafness type with BPPV were admitted, manipulative reduction therapy was performed on the basis of active treatment of sudden deafness, and its efficacy was evaluated. All the 9 cases of sudden deafness with BPPV occurred on the same side, and all of which were posterior semicircular canal. Among them, 3 cases were male and 6 cases were female. BPPV was cured by manipulative reduction. The hearing treatment was effective in 4 cases of sudden deafness, but ineffective in the rest. DISCUSSION In the treatment of sudden deafness of total deafness type with BPPV, the efficacy of BPPV was good when the patients were treated with active treatment of sudden deafness and correct manipulative reduction, and the hearing of some patients was improved.
