义务教育质量监测背景下教师专业化试题命制培训课程构建

摘要 基于国内与国外义务教育质量监测发展现状和背景,开发学科教师专业化试题命制能力系列培训课程、有效提升一线教师的专业化试题命制水平是目前一线教师迫切需要强化的专业技能。本文通过调研教师需求,依托国家义务教育质量监测基本理念,以小学数学学科为例,进行专业化试题命制培训课程开发与设计的初步探索。 Based on the present situation and background of quality monitoring of compulsory education at home and abroad,it is an urgent need to strengthen the professional skills of first-line teachers to develop a series of training courses on the ability of professional examination questions system for subject teachers and to effectively improve the level of professional examination questions system for first-line teachers.By investigating the needs of teachers and relying on the basic concept of national compulsory ed-ucation quality monitoring,this paper takes the mathematics subject of primary school as an example to carry out the preliminary exploration of the development and design of specialized test system training course.
