民族小学促进教师专业发展研培策略探究

摘要 教师专业化发展是创建优秀教师队伍的前提和基础。民族小学面临着教师队伍的提高、师德的培养等问题,急需建设一支专业素质较高的教师队伍。通过研培模式的研究、校本培训课程及校本课程资源的开发与实施、教学模式的研讨等途径可以为教师的专业成长搭建平台,促进民族学校教师队伍建设、提高教师专业素养。 Teacher professional development is the premise and basis of creating an excellent team of teachers.Now our ethnic primary schools are facing to so many problems such as the improvement of teachers.So it is urgent to build a team with high professional qualities.By researching the training modes,school's training courses and teaching patterns,we can build a reasonable platform the construction of teachers and improve the teachers'professional qualities.
