Teacher professional development is the premise and basis of creating an excellent team of teachers.Now our ethnic primary schools are facing to so many problems such as the improvement of teachers.So it is urgent to build a team with high professional qualities.By researching the training modes,school's training courses and teaching patterns,we can build a reasonable platform the construction of teachers and improve the teachers'professional qualities.
