基层党建嵌入高校师德建设路径探析

基层党建与师德建设是高校思想政治工作的“两翼”,二者在内在逻辑上具有互通性。在师德师风建设中,充分发挥高校基层党组织的党建优势,能够有效提高师德建设的绩效水平。从结构主义视域出发,高校基层党组织应基于“组织嵌入、制度嵌入、目标嵌入”多重嵌入机制,以党建有效引领师德水平的提升。
