摘要
主要探讨了长丝生产过程中提质创优、节能降耗的措施。通过对油剂调配系统的改造,制定合理的风网清洗周期,改善了下游客户织造过程中静电大以及染色横条等问题;控制聚酯切片端羧基指标在32 mol/t以上,断丝明显减少;纺丝多功能铲板工具车的应用以及班组、车间精益管理实战,使生头废丝消耗明显下降,设备运转率有明显提升。
The measures of improving quality, creating excellence, saving energy and reducing consumption in the process of PET filament production are mainly discussed. Through the transformation of the oil agent blending system, the reasonable air net cleaning cycle is formulated, the problems of large static electricity and dyeing cross bar in the weaving process of downstream customers are improved, the carboxyl end index of polyester chip is controlled above 32 mol/t, the broken yarn is significantly reduced. The application of spinning multifunctional shovel tool carts and the actual combat of lean management in teams and workshops have significantly reduced the consumption of waste fiber, and the operation rate of equipment has been improved.
