弃置型古村落保护与利用价值的评价研究--基于陕西省洛南县鞑子梁村的调查

EVALUATION OF THE CONSERVATION AND UTILIZATION VALUE ABOUT ABANDONED ANCIENT VILLAGES:TAKING DAZILIANG VILLAGE,LUONAN COUNTY,SHAANXI PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE

随着城镇化进程的不断推进,我国近年来产生了大量弃置村庄,这其中不少村庄建成年代久远,具有丰厚的历史积淀与利用价值,如何评价这些弃置型古村落的保护与利用价值逐渐成为学界密切关注的问题。本文基于详实的田野调查,以陕南地区弃置型古村落为研究对象,采用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法,从“历史文化、自然环境、建筑遗产、利用条件”四方面构建了评判弃置型古村落保护价值及利用可能性的评价模型,并以陕西省商洛市洛南县鞑子梁村为案例,基于评价分析得出弃置型古村落保护和利用的可行性及相应的政策建议。

With the continuous advancement of urbanization,a large number of abandoned villages have emerged in China in recent years,which have rich historical accumulation and utilization value.How to evaluate the conservation and utilization value of these abandoned ancient villages has become a concern in the academic field.The study based on detailed field surveys takes the abandoned ancient villages in the southern area of Shaanxi as the research object,and a hierarchic approach combining qualitative and quantitative analysis is applied to build an evaluation model of abandoned ancient villages from the four aspects,i.e.,the historical culture,natural environment,architectural heritage,and utilization conditions,in order to evaluate the comprehensive conservation value and the possibility of utilization.What’s more,with Daziliang Village in Luonan County as an example,the feasibility of the conservation and utilization of the abandoned ancient villages is analyzed based on the evaluation score,including corresponding policy recommendations.
